Who We Are:

Dubai Global News is a media group consisting of a set of websites aimed at publishing social, economic, commercial, and medical news about Dubai, along with all the news that can be provided about Dubai in particular and the Arabian Gulf in general. Some foreign news that is directly or indirectly related to the UAE is also included.

General Idea:

The idea for this media group arose after it was noticed that the number of websites covering Dubai news is much fewer. It is diverse and numerous but not comprehensive and does not keep up with all events. Thus, the group’s idea was to establish a series of websites that would serve as a portal containing all the events of Dubai in particular, and the UAE in general. This would reflect updates on society, commercial, cultural, media, and service activities, as well as all other fields.

We started working on the main site, Dubai Global News, in mid-January 2016 with a light news set, but the actual work for us began in mid-February 2016 and has continued until now.

Who We Are:

A group of journalists and individuals gathering news from our community in Dubai. Paper publications are not sufficient to cover all that news. We created these websites to publish all the news we come across, whether from the source or through other colleagues.

Our Goal:

Our main goal is to convey ideas and news together, so the reader can understand the progress Dubai has made.

Our target audience includes all individuals and age groups within the usual lifestyle. From the age of 12 to over sixty, there is news related to entertainment for children, resort trips, medical tourism for the elderly, and everything in between like clothing, electronics, and scientific, technological, cultural, fashion, and beauty exhibitions. We cover all lifestyle aspects without limits to form a comprehensive picture for all community members.

We currently have no financial goals. Additionally, we can advertise for others at a symbolic value to cover our actual expenses.

The group is in the process of issuing a printed version but only after studying the market and determining the need for such a publication.

We primarily cover the Gulf market and the Middle East in general. Due to the interconnectedness of countries via the internet, no country can be isolated from another when using the internet. This is what we seek to achieve: to have readers from all around the world.
